Introduction
This Privacy Policy describes how First Health Enrollment, LLC (“we,” “us,” “our”), operating golifequote.com (the “Site”), collects, uses, and shares your personal information when you visit the Site or submit information through our forms. By using the Site, you consent to the practices described in this Privacy Policy.
GoLifeQuote is a privately owned website operated by First Health Enrollment, LLC, an independent, licensed insurance agency. We are not an insurance carrier and are not affiliated with, endorsed by, or operated by any government agency or program.

We use the information we collect to:

- Process and fulfill your request for information about life insurance coverage
- Detect and prevent fraud, bot activity, and duplicate submissions
- Analyze website usage to improve our services and user experience

How We Share Your Information
First Health Enrollment, LLC does not sell your personal information, and does not share your personal information with third parties or affiliates for their own marketing or promotional purposes. We do not sell, rent, trade, or share leads with outside marketers or lead buyers.
We disclose personal information only in the following limited ways:
- Our Licensed Agents: Your information is used by licensed insurance agents employed by or contracted with First Health Enrollment, LLC, who may contact you to discuss life insurance coverage options.
- Appointed Insurance Carriers: When you request a quote, we may share your information with insurance carriers with which First Health Enrollment, LLC is appointed, solely for the purpose of preparing quotes and applications you have requested.
- Service Providers: We use third-party service providers that process data on our behalf under contract and are prohibited from using your information for their own purposes. These currently include Google LLC (Google Analytics) and Microsoft Corporation (Microsoft Clarity) for website usage analytics.
We may also disclose your information if required by law, regulation, legal process, or governmental request.
SMS / Text Message Marketing & Telephone Calls (TCPA Consent)
When you submit our quote form, the consent language displayed immediately above the submit button gives your prior express written consent under the Telephone Consumer Protection Act (TCPA) to receive marketing text (SMS/MMS) messages and/or voice calls from First Health Enrollment, LLC (operator of golifequote.com) and its licensed agents — the only parties who receive your request for marketing purposes — at the phone number you provide, including wireless numbers and messages or calls sent using an automatic telephone dialing system (autodialer), an artificial or prerecorded voice, or other automated technology, even if your number is listed on a state or federal Do Not Call registry. Your submission of the form is your electronic signature on that consent. This consent is not a condition of any purchase or quote. (Appointed carriers and contracted service providers may also receive your information for the limited, non-marketing purposes described in “How We Share Your Information” above.)
Mobile information, text-messaging opt-in data, and consent are never shared with any third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes, and are excluded from every category of data sharing described in this policy. No mobile information will be shared with third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes. The mobile phone number you provide and your SMS opt-in and consent are used solely by First Health Enrollment, LLC and its licensed agents to send the messages you requested.
Consent is not a condition of any purchase or of receiving a quote. If you would rather not give this consent, do not submit the form — you may request the same information and receive a quote by contacting us directly using the phone number, email address, or Contact Us form on this Site instead, and we will not record marketing call or SMS consent for you. You may also give the consent now and revoke it at any time, as described below; revoking it does not affect any quote or coverage.
Message frequency varies. Message and data rates may apply. You can opt out of text messages at any time by replying STOP to any message you receive from us; after you reply STOP you will receive a single confirmation that you have been unsubscribed, and we will send no further marketing texts to that number. Reply HELP to any message for help, or contact us at (844) 569-1969 or info@firsthealthenroll.org. Opting out of text messages will not, by itself, stop telephone calls; to stop calls, tell the agent you wish to be placed on our internal Do Not Call list or contact us using the methods in “Your Rights & Choices” below.
We retain a record of your consent (including the consent text, a timestamp, and the consent status) as described in “Consent & Tracking Data” and “Data Retention.” You may revoke your consent at any time using any reasonable method, including the STOP keyword, the methods described in “Your Rights & Choices,” or our Contact Us page.
Data Retention
We retain your personal information for a period of ten (10) years from the date of collection. This retention period satisfies the requirements of the Telemarketing Sales Rule (TSR) and is consistent with the consent record-keeping standards applicable to licensed insurance agents and brokers.
You may request deletion of your data at any time by contacting us (see “Contact Information” below). Deletion requests are subject to our legal obligations to retain certain records.
Your Rights & Choices
You have the following rights regarding your personal data:
- Opt-Out of Marketing: You may revoke your consent to be contacted at any time by visiting our Contact Us page and selecting “Do Not Contact” as the subject.
- Access Your Data: You may request a copy of the personal information we hold about you.
- Delete Your Data: You may request that we delete your personal information, subject to our legal retention obligations.
- Correct Your Data: You may request that we correct any inaccurate personal information.
To exercise any of these rights, please contact us at info@firsthealthenroll.org or call us at (844) 569-1969. We will respond to your request within 30 days.
Your Privacy Choices (Cookies & Advertising)
We do not sell your personal information for money, and we never sell or share your SMS opt-in information or the information you submit to request insurance quotes.
We do use cookies and advertising technologies (such as Google Analytics, Microsoft Clarity, and Google advertising conversion tags) that may transmit online identifiers to those providers to measure advertising performance. Under some state privacy laws, this activity may be considered “sharing” for targeted advertising or a “sale.” You can limit or stop it yourself, at any time. Two different kinds of control exist, and they do different things:
Blocking the tags — the most complete option
- Your browser’s built-in tracking protection, or a content or tracker blocker. These prevent our analytics and advertising tags from loading at all, so no data is collected by them.
Blocking or deleting cookies — limits storage, not loading
- Blocking or deleting cookies for this Site in your browser settings, as described in “Cookies & Tracking Technologies” below. Most browsers also offer a single setting that blocks third-party or cross-site tracking cookies outright.
- What this does and does not do: it prevents identifiers being stored on or read from your device, and clears ones already stored. On its own it does not prevent the tags from loading, so some measurement can still occur without a cookie.
Ad-personalization settings — narrower still
These reduce interest-based advertising from providers that participate in them. They do not stop analytics or advertising measurement, and you will still see ads — just ads selected using less information about you. Their reach also varies: some are tied to an account you are signed in to, others are stored per browser or per device and may need to be applied again if you clear cookies or switch browser or device. Each provider’s own page is the authoritative description of what its control covers.
- Your Google ad settings at myadcenter.google.com — turns off ad personalization across Google services and participating partner sites.
- The opt-out pages operated by the Digital Advertising Alliance and the Network Advertising Initiative — cover interest-based advertising across many participating providers at once.
- On a phone or tablet, the operating system’s limit-ad-tracking setting — restricts use of the device advertising identifier.
These are all controls you apply yourself, without needing to ask us. How broadly each one reaches, and how long it lasts, depends on the control and the provider. Separately, and at any time, you may ask us to tell you what personal information we hold about you, to correct it, to delete it, or to stop contacting you. Those are requests we act on ourselves — see our Do Not Sell or Share My Personal Information page for how to submit one and what to expect.
This opt-out applies to cookie and advertising data only. It does not affect your SMS opt-in data or your insurance-quote submissions, which we never sell or share for marketing under any circumstance.
State-Specific Rights
First Health Enrollment, LLC is a licensed insurance agency subject to the Gramm-Leach-Bliley Act (GLBA). To the extent the state privacy laws below apply to us, we honor the rights they provide. We do not sell personal data for money, and we do not process personal data for targeted advertising outside of the cookie and advertising technologies described in “Your Privacy Choices” above, for which an opt-out is provided.
California Residents (CCPA/CPRA)
If you are a California resident, you have the right to know what personal information we collect, to request deletion, to request correction, and to opt out of any “sale” or “sharing” of personal information for cross-context behavioral advertising. We do not sell personal information for money. To the extent our use of cookies and advertising technologies constitutes “sharing” or a “sale” under California law, you may opt out using our Do Not Sell or Share My Personal Information page. We will not discriminate against you for exercising your rights. We will respond to verified requests within 45 days.
Nevada Residents (NRS 603A)
First Health Enrollment, LLC does not sell covered information as defined by Nevada law. To the extent Nevada’s opt-out applies, you may submit a request by emailing info@firsthealthenroll.org with the subject line “Nevada Opt-Out Request.”
Colorado, Connecticut, Virginia, and Texas Residents
As a licensed insurance agency subject to GLBA, First Health Enrollment, LLC may be exempt from these state privacy laws. To the extent they apply to us, we do not sell personal data or process it for targeted advertising outside of the cookie and advertising technologies described in “Your Privacy Choices,” for which an opt-out is provided. Subject to applicable law, you may have the right to access, correct, or delete your personal data, and to appeal a declined request. To exercise these rights, contact us at info@firsthealthenroll.org or call (844) 569-1969. We will respond to verified requests within 45 days.
Cookies & Tracking Technologies
We use the following cookies and tracking technologies on the Site:
- Google Analytics — Website analytics to understand how visitors interact with the Site, including page views, session duration, and user behavior.
- Microsoft Clarity — Website usage and session analytics to understand how visitors interact with the Site.
- Essential Cookies — Functional cookies for site operation, such as session management and form submission tracking.
Opting out: Browser tracking protection or a tracker blocker prevents these analytics and advertising technologies from loading at all. Blocking or deleting cookies is narrower — it limits what can be stored on or read from your device, without necessarily stopping the tags from loading. The ad-settings and industry opt-out pages listed under “Your Privacy Choices (Cookies & Advertising)” above are narrower again, limiting ad personalization rather than measurement. To ask us to disclose, correct, or delete the personal information we hold about you, or to stop contacting you, see our Do Not Sell or Share My Personal Information page.
You can manage cookies through your browser settings. Most browsers allow you to block or delete cookies. However, disabling cookies may affect the functionality of the Site. For more information about managing cookies, consult your browser’s help documentation.
Data Security
We implement reasonable administrative, technical, and physical safeguards to protect your personal information. All data transmitted between your browser and our servers is encrypted using HTTPS/TLS. Access to personal information is restricted to authorized personnel only.
However, no method of transmission over the Internet or method of electronic storage is 100% secure. While we strive to protect your personal information, we cannot guarantee its absolute security.
Children’s Privacy
The Site is not directed at children under the age of 13, and we do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13. If we become aware that we have collected personal information from a child under 13, we will take steps to delete that information promptly. If you believe we have collected information from a child under 13, please contact us at info@firsthealthenroll.org.
Changes to This Privacy Policy
We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time to reflect changes in our practices or applicable laws. When we make changes, we will update the “Effective Date” at the top of this page. We encourage you to review this Privacy Policy periodically. Your continued use of the Site after any changes constitutes your acceptance of the updated Privacy Policy.
