Do Not Sell or Share My Personal Information

GoLifeQuote is a privately owned website operated by First Health Enrollment, LLC, an independent, licensed insurance agency. We are not an insurance carrier and are not affiliated with, endorsed by, or operated by any government agency or program.

This page explains how California, Nevada, and other US residents can exercise their right to opt out of the “sale” or “sharing” of their personal information, and how we honor Global Privacy Control (GPC) signals.

What “Sale” and “Sharing” Mean Under California Law

Under the California Consumer Privacy Act (CCPA) and the California Privacy Rights Act (CPRA), the term “sale” includes sharing personal information with a third party for monetary or other valuable consideration, and “sharing” includes disclosing personal information for cross-context behavioral advertising. When you submit your information through our quote form, we may share it with one or more of our marketing partners for the purpose of connecting you with a licensed insurance agent about life insurance options. This sharing may constitute a “sale” or “sharing” under California law.

Global Privacy Control (GPC)

We honor opt-out preference signals sent through the Global Privacy Control (GPC). If you visit our site using a browser or extension configured to send a GPC signal, we will treat that signal as a valid request to opt out of the sale and sharing of your personal information for that browser and, where we can reasonably associate it with a known consumer, for that consumer.
