Invitations to apply for insurance are made exclusively through First Health Enrollment, LLC, or its duly designated agent, Yamill Julian, and only in jurisdictions where the agency and/or agent are properly licensed and appointed. First Health Enrollment, LLC is a licensed insurance agency, National Producer Number (NPN) 21448768.

Yamill Julian is a licensed life insurance agent. His resident state is Florida. Where licensed and appointed, he assists consumers with life insurance products including Term Life, Whole Life, Final Expense, and Mortgage Protection coverage.
